Can’t consistently add photos to adobe scan

Choosing multiple photos to add to adobe scan causes Adobe scan to crash. 
Also sometimes when I'm trying to add 20 photos to adobe scan, it only adds 4-12, or other random number. 

iPhone 12 mini, 15.6.1

Adobe scan latest version.

Here is a screen recording of me trying to add 50 pages to adobe scan and only 15 actually being added to adobe scan. 

the crash sometimes happens after choosing the photos to add and picking the adobe scan app.

We have logged a bug for the issue, which will be fixed in the upcoming updates.

Meanwhile, would you mind using the import option from within the Scan app to import the pictures? This ensures that the files will not miss at the time of import.

While I understand that this might be a different workflow than what you are using, we request your kind understanding and patience while we get this fixed.
