Can’t send scan out?

The app worked flawlessly for a long time. Now no matter what I do I can not export any of my scans. Please help

Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. OS version?

2. Application version?

3. Is there an error while trying to export the PDF?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

The app is fully updated version 22/2/22. There is no error. I am using an iPhone pro 11. Texting the scan will work but email will not. I have turned on and off my phone and tried deleting and reinstalling app. Nothing seems to work. I even signed up for premium service but still does not work

If it still does not work, please share a screen recording video that shows the issue clearly.

I'm having the exact same thing going on with me!! I upgraded to premium as well. Nothing seems to be working. Did you ever get it situated? These are the errors I'm getting.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using;

2. The iOS version you are using on your device;

3. A screen recording of the workflow if this occurs in every instance.

 

Also, if you could save a copy of any PDF on which you see the error and could share it with us, it would be great.
