bom dia, quinta-feira da semana passada eu comecei a utilizar o aplicativo com a assinatura de 7 dias gratuito, porém não pretendia atualizar essa assinatura para começar a pagar, hoje dia 08/02 fechou os 7 dias gratuitos e eu esqueci de cancelar, então o meu cartão pagou automático, gostaria de saber se podem fazer o estorno desse valor pois não vou mais precisar utilizar o aplicativo, ou seja, não adianta eu ter pago para não usar.
