Cannot open pdf file

I cannot open the pdf file, it just says loading and disappears. It's not even showing the thumbnail image just a gray lock symbol. This happened after I modefyed the file by adding pages to already a big file nearly 500 pages, but it's really important for me, even tried loging out and logged in again after restarting device, same thing in the web page,

 

can anyone help plz.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Have you checked on the web portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder if the files are accessible there? 

If yes, you can try renaming them and they should refresh in the app too.

No it's not opening, just a popup stating still getting the file.

It looks as if the file never got correctly stored on the cloud.

Check the file on a different computer.
