Hello,

before the last update your could seamlessly switch between email addresses and now if I do the document is removed. And when I switched to my other email the PDF is not there because it is from another account. At this point it makes me, the user want to ditch Adobe and go back to Grizzly where your can do it seamlessly there.

does anyone have any answers? let me know please.

Hi @Ioannis33914195dtab,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

By switching email address, do you mean to switch accounts within Adobe Scan or when you send an email with the attachment?

Documents that you see in Adobe Scan are stored in Acrobat Cloud, and thus, switching accounts also removes access to those files unless saved in your internal storage.

I mean when I select share the PDF you were always able to change which email to send from, be it personal or business. But I think I figured it out. I downloaded another scanner app, and it did the same thing. I do not think it is Adobe's fault. It is apples fault. Because as soon as I change from my personal to my business, it says that the documents will be discarded when sending this email andyou can't send anything. It is odd why would they change this with the new update?

Hm, it doesn't do that for me. What is your iOS version?

Are you using the Apple provided e-mail program?

I’m using the Gmail app. I have always used the Gmail app. Is Apple being
petty? This might be it.

It may also be the way Gmail works.

Hi @Ioannis33914195dtab,

As suggested above, it could be with the way how Gmail behaves.

By design and algorithm, when you use any app that triggers the compose screen for Gmail, it opens up automatically with the current email account that is opened on Gmail app.

You can try switching to your business profile first and then use Scan to send the file.

Hopefully this works.
