Cant download file. File is empty

Hi my file was in the middle up saving and then it said their was an error. And now my file is empty and keeps saying download error. Is there a way I can have yall replace my current file with the file version that was saved 7 days ago. Thank. Attached is screenshots to show u what I mean. It use to say 100 and something megabite file now its 0

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The company of your device and the model;

2. The Android version you are using;

3. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using.

 

While at it, I would also suggest whenever you get such a pop-up saying if you want to continue, always press continue. This will help you access your Old Scan without any issues.
