Hello- I am a teacher using adobe scan to convert hand written work to .pdf for submission to canvas. The two apps have worked seamlessly together for years but as of yesterday - canvas app no longer appears on the share screen and there is no way to add it from suggested apps. Can someone explain what happened or if there is a fix? Super frustrating for students and teachers. I have reached out to instructure as well but their process takes months

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
The App Picker depends on the iOS environment and cannot be managed by Adobe Scan.
However, I have shared this with the team to look into and will update here once I hear back from them.

Hi this same exact thing happens to me too. I was using the share a copy and now canvas does not appear as an app that it will share too canvas is not in the list and edit does not show it either. I'm using IOS 14 and this feature has worked fine for at least 3 + years already and suddenly today it doesn't work. Yesterday it was working fine.

Is there an estimate for what kind of timeline we are looking at? My students tried to submit their assignments today and it didn't work. I have a test coming up in a little over a week, without this feature I am up a creek. Thank you for any response!

You can still use it but you have to go through the print menu .....click PRINT - then click the share arrow.
Not sure why there is an extra step now but if you choose print first, then click the share arrow that shows in the print menu the Canvas student app is an option.

Thanks for this update, it looks like that will work. I'm hoping this is only a workaround and the normal sharing option returns.
