code 5, 202, 54

At first, scanning worked out fine, but recently there's an error: "code 5, 202, 54" appears. Haven't found out what this means leave alone how to fix this. Bought Adobe primarily to be able to scan documents with multiple pages and now this... Any ideas?

The app Adobe Scan is not available for Windows.

Try the forum for Adobe Acrobat.

I hope you are doing well. 

 

Adding to what Bernd said, Adobe Scan is not available for Windows 11.

 

The error looks like an issue with the Printer Driver, which cannot process the scan.

 

Is it specific to Acrobat when you are getting the error? If not, you might want to check driver updates for your Windows.

Hi, Subscription for Adobe Scan is something that isn't directly available on the Adobe Website but through your mobile store operator.

 

Adobe Scan files are accessible on the desktop application but if you are getting error with the scanner, it may well be an error with the hardware or the hardware driver and not Adobe.
