Delete Files stored in Cloud from Adobe Scan App

My daughter has signed in Adobe Scan with an Id provided by the school({Personal info removed by Mod: Email}) and she scanned some confidential documents and by
default Adobe Scan uploaded it to cloud. I want the files to be deleted.
Now I cannot delete because I cannot login online to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ with daughters ID {Personal info removed by Mod: Email} and pwd.
Also there is no Document Cloud option in Adobe Scan App.
This really frustrating and annoying.
It is really funny that Adobe has a product of this sort, which is user unfriendly and user frustrating.
What is the solution for that and how will I delete those files.

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you want to delete the scanned files from document cloud. To access the files stored on Document Cloud you are using the correct link https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Could you confirm if there is any error message while logging in. Please check if the correct password you are using is correct.

Adobe Scan do have the option to access Document Cloud files, here are the steps you can follow:

1. Open Adobe Scan

2. Tap '...' on the top right corner

3. Tap "View files on Acrobat online"

4. Sign in with your Adobe ID

If you don't see "View files on Acrobat online" option, please check if there is an update available for the application.
