How do I download the scanned PDF files to my local device storage? I have the document set to be "available offline" but when I search my files for it via my file manager, it's not found.

Hi Sarahc,

There is no direct option in the application to download the files to the local storage on the device.

The "Available offline" option only makes the file available when you are offline.

It does not save the scanned document on the device.

If you wish to download the scanned PDF on the device, you may try either of the workarounds.

1. Download the files from the Document Cloud.  Refer to the steps mentioned below.

- Go to Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with the same Adobe ID that you use

- Go to Files > Adobe Scan Folder

2. You can use the print option in Acrobat Reader to save the file on the device.

- Use "Open in Acrobat" option to open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application.

- Then click on three dots at the top right corner of the window and select print.

- In the print window, you will find an icon to download the PDF at the top right corner of the document.

Hope the information helps.
