I've been using this app (mobile) for a couple of years now and often like to attach the pdf scans to emails. Today is the first time I've been getting "not supported" error messages when I try to do this (even before I select an email address from which to send). Instead, I have to make a link. These files definitely aren't bigger than what I have attached in the past. Is sending scans as email attachments now a Pro-only feature?
I have used this with GMail for 2 years without any issues until Friday October 15, 2022. Unable to contact anyone for a resolution.
I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Unable to locate email preferences. Though logged into Adobe under the email I am attempting to utilize.
I have figured out that you can do it if you select "share a copy" after going into the share menu (instead of selecting 'email' up front). Then you can select your email account and attach the file. This must be a glitch (and an annoying one at that).
Same , used it for a year and as of yesterday I can't attach to email , get the not supported notification. I tried deleting and re install app , still not working
