Hello!! This is my first time here. I installed Adobe scan yesterday for my exam. I noticed that whenever I save a pdf, it gets saved to my drive, which fills up space. I later cannot manually delete them and hence it gets clogged up in my drive. How can I stop Adobe scan to automatically save the pdf's in my drive?
Thank you.

Hi @Aryan5F9D
Hope you are doing well.
As you have mentioned that you are saving the scans and it's filling google drive space. Adobe scan do not use google drive to save scans. It uses Document Cloud space which you get by default, once you sign up for Adobe ID on the application.
Once the scan is saved you can then save it manually to either your device or any drive.
Here is a help document you can refer to for more information:

Let us know if you need any more information.

I have read and understand this but I'm not quite sure how to do efficient record keeping. I scan with my mobile scan app then it shows up in scans in the cloud. But, how do I move it to one of my other Adobe Cloud folders. When I go online it only gives me the option to move to another scan location. On my mobile app I don't see an option on moving to another cloud folder. It would be nice to be able to save to a folder or other location on the fly. It would appear that I need to Save a copy then go back and erase the Mobile Scan file afterwards.

I meant to say when I go to my desktop app it only gives the opttion to move to another location in the Scans tab, not any other cloud location.

Hi @MarkB885
As mentioned above that if there is a way to directly move a scan from Document Cloud to any other cloud space. Document Cloud is a separate storage you get once you register as a user on Adobe. It only provides a feature to copy a file to a specific location, even if you save it to device.
You have to manually delete the file from Document Cloud storage after saving it to any other location.
