How to restore delited files

Please help to restore delited files from Adobe Scan, they dissapeared from Adobe Cloud, though I have changed the file name

Sorry to say if the files are deleted from the Adobe Scan, there is no way to restore the files.

It will be deleted from the Document Cloud folder too.

Could you please let me know what exactly do you mean when you say "I have changed the file name"?

If you are referring that you changed the name of the file in the Adobe Scan folder on Document Cloud, that does not make any difference. It will be the same file with a new name.

Document Cloud is synced with the Adobe Scan application.

If you make any changes to PDF in the application, it will reflect on the file saved on Document Cloud.

You need to copy and save the file to some other folder on Document Cloud.

Hi Meenakshi,

thank tou for your help and feedback! I was lucky the pdf file was opened in Adobe Acrobat and though I deleted file from Scan I still had an opportunity to save opened pdf on the hard drive of my PC.

Glad to know you still have a copy of the PDF.

Please make sure that you save a copy of the PDF or move it to some other location if you wish to delete it from the Adobe Scan application.
