Inaccurate image capture adobe scan for iOS The capture frame frequently does not accurately capture the image unlike  Scannable. There are no settings to tweak. Does someone know something?

Hi Judithr,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the Adobe Scan does not capture the image properly and there are no settings to make changes.

Once you capture the image, open the image. There you will find some options to make changes to the image.

Please refer this help document Scanning Documents ā€” Adobe Scan Help .

Try the "Adjust the Color" options in the application.

Check if this is what you are looking for.

Try once to capture the image from the phone camera.

Check if this is what you are looking for.

Try once to capture the image from the phone camera.

Then use "Scan from Photos" option to convert the image to a scanned PDF.

Check if that converts the image to scan properly.

What is the OS version and Adobe Scan version installed on the device?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the image quality you get from the Adobe Scan application?

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
