With the latest update (Version 23.08.22), I've lost the ability to give the app access to my camera or photos. When I open the app, it says "Access to camera has been declined." I click on "Allow access" and it takes me to the Adobe Scan page within the Apple settings, but there is no button to allow access. I'm running iOS 15.7.8 on an iPhone 7. I also added a review on the App Store, but that was before I found this forum.
Apple released an iOS update overnight, and now the app is working again. It still says that it's running 15.7.8, but it did process an install and update this morning. Not sure why it still has the same version number.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
It could be that the iOS update you received was more of a security patch update, allowing you to give third-party apps for Apple additional access to their hardware.
With older versions of iOS, there could be issues with the latest version of Adobe Scan, as the OS might face challenges when giving access to certain features.
