As you are able to use the auto image capture, what is the exact response you are getting when you are trying to use the camera button?
If possible, can you share a screen recording of the situation that is happening?
Also, to check further, can you please share the below details:
1. iOS version you are using
2. The application version you are using.
In the meanwhile, you can also try signing out of the application, then uninstall and re-install and then sign in.
