Hi
Not able to share scanned documents as a copy Since 15july 2023. Instead of the pdf file this message gets sent "Created and shared using Adobe Scan. Get the app: https://adobescan.app.link/getapp" while trying to share the scanned pdf file as Copy via email or Whattsapp. However it is working normally ie the scanned pdf file is shared as a copy if we use airdrop on iOS.
I am sure the problem started after updating to Version 23.08.15 two days ago.
Please resolve the issue asap.

I have the exact same problem on my iphone 12 yet on my xiomi 8 pro it seems to be working just fine. Please fix this!!!

Also the same issues since this morning.
If requiring other people to use the app is the only way for them to receive files, the whole thing becomes redundant.

I have been expereincing this same issue since Thursday 17th of August too. Strongly agree with everyone how super frustrating it is of not being able to 'share a copy' for the actual scanned documents. We all would appreciate for Adobe to help fix it asap.

I am also facing the same issue, but one thing I noticed that it's happening in iOS/iPhones only, not in Android's ecosystem.

Hey Everyone! The Adobe Scan App has fixed the issue their lastest update Verison 23.08.22 on Apple's App Store which was released today. After I updated the app the I was able to 'share a copy' of the scanned documents with ease.

I'll try tro share a screen shot but it will be hard to see what's actually happening because after I click "send" to email a copy of the document, the screen just flashes back to the last page (the page where you type in email address and click send)

Instead of a screenshot, screen recording would be a better way to help us understand the event.
Also, from the description, it looks like an issue with the Email app rather than Adobe Scan, since the application has no control on how the file is handled once shared through the share sheet on the device.

Is there a way to screenshare with customer support? I'm not familiar with screen recording. I noticed today that when I try to share a scan via email, sometimes it lists my personal email address (as sender) while other times it lists my business email address. Neither option will email the scan. How can I set the sending email address to the one my Adobe account is associated with??
