I've got a new issue with Adobe Scan. I am scanning single pages on my Android phone using Adobe Scan Version 25.09.12-gioogle-dynamic. The PDF file looks fine on the phone. I share and send a copy of the pdf file via email to my Windows 10 PC. I open the pdf file in Acrobat Reader verion 25.001.20744, and again the file looks fine. If I print from there, the printer prints only the top portion of the page, maybe a couple inches, and the remainder of the page is blank and the page is ejected. I don't get any error messages. If I open the pdf file in Chrome and print it, it prints fine, the whole page. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Scan on my phone. I have done many successfull scans with Adobe Scan over the past few years and never seen this issue. Has anyone been having this issue with the latest updates? Can anyone suggest a fix?
Thanks,
Jim

@jim0614 have you updated your printer driver or firmware? My epson printer is always being updated, so, I am constantly updating this...also, you can also try to printe the PDF as an image too!

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and we're sorry for the trouble.
To resolve an Adobe Reader printing issue where only the top portion of a page prints, check the paper size and Page Position in the print dialog box and ensure "Tile" is unchecked. If that fails, try printing the PDF as an image by selecting the "Print as Image" option in the advanced print settings.
Also, check for any pending/missing updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating them. You may also try removing the printer driver and firmware from the system, rebooting the device, and reinstalling them from the printer manufacturer's website and checking if that helps.
If it still doesn't work, collect the print logs as described in the help page (https://adobe.ly/3KsCKKU) and share them with us for further checking with the development team.

Try changing the size option to "Actual Size". This helped one of my users.

I have a client who is having the same issue. It is not a problem with the printer driver. It doesn't matter what printer I have her print to, it still prints exactly the same way. About 1.5 - 2 inches prints at the top of the screen on every page, then blank under that. I even tested this on Microsoft Print to PDF. Adjust size option to "Actual Size" did not fix the issue.
