Hi Friends - I'm a premium pay or but each time I try to access premium services I am told to subsribe. When I push 'subscribe' it says I am already a subscriber - unable to restore purchases - I have deleted and redownloaded app - no success. Have used the same email/password for years - basically, adobe app is not recognizing my premium subscription - any suggestions?

How strange - about 10 minutes after posting it now works? After about a month of trouble shooting - you guys are magical!

Looks like each time I access the app, it doesn't recognize that I'm a subscriber, then I try to purchase and it says I am already a subscriber - sometimes it will then log me in as premium - other times it won't -

Hi @Jessica32980847htpq @R.S.M.M. rss,
I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.
I checked your email address registered here on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.
Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.
If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:
1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;
2. Restart the device;
3. Log in back to the device.
If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Adobe Scan for iOS
Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.
Let me know if these help.
Thanks,
Souvik.
