I reinstalled the adobescan app and logged into my account but I am having an issue with accessing or even opening of previously saved files.
Help me what to do

Initially it was with all files.
I did updated the app.
But somehow one file opened up and rest are yet to be accessed.
Is it like with time all files could be accessed?

Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?
1. Is there some error while opening the PDFs?
2. Application version?
3. Is it happening with all the PDFs or with a few specific.
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

Hi Monika,
As Adobe scan saves files on document cloud storage by default, so it takes a little time to load files depending upon the internet speed. Could you confirm if you can now access all the files or not?
