Why is the quality for JPG to PDF conversion so very, very poor in the Adobe Scan app in comparison to Adobe website's JPG to PDF conversion?? One might expect the same performance from Adobe Scan app and Adobe website?? See the major difference between the two attachments 😞

Hi @Pel29766905vjaa,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version of Adobe Scna you are using (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);
.2 The OS [Android/iOS] you are using and its version;
3. The actual JPG file you used for the conversion. This would help us reproduce the issue.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Souvik,
Thanks for replying! I was hoping for and expecting a Adobe Employee sooner or later.... 😉
(1) Versie 23.04.27-regular (Dutch version)
(2) Android 13, One UI 5.1 running on a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, SM-A536B/DS (Dutch version)
(3) Three attached files: ORIGINAL JPG, Adobe Scan app JPG to PDF, Website's Adobe JPG to PDF.
For the record, I tried this same conversion multiple times and with many different JPG's. Every time there was a substantial quality difference between Adobe Scan app conversion (poor to very poor) and Website's Adobe conversion (NO visible quality loss at all). The lengthier the original JPG the worse Adobe Scan app performed and performs apparantly.
Hope Adobe will manage to solve this issue, because otherwise using Adobe Scan app has very little use for people 😞
Please, let me know the future outcome of this difficulty!?
Yours sincerely,
