If you experience the same error as described above, please open your device's Settings-> Display & Brightness-> Zoom Level-> Select the radio button not selected-> go back-> get to the same settings-> change it back to default.
Once done, restart the device and launch Adobe Scan. This should fix your issue.

Hi @Deleted User @Шапагат32594990b666,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
I tried using the app with the latest version, and the app worked just fine.
Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version of Adobe Scan for further investigation;
2. The phone model and iOS version;
Also, please go to the device's settings-> Adobe Scan-> Permissions-> enable permissions for the app to use the camera, background app refresh, and photos.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Please try the below steps:
Go to Ssytem Settings-> Display & Brightness-> scroll down to locate "Zoom Settings"-> change it to large and switch back to "default"-> press done.
Check using Adobe Scan again once this is done.
Hope this helps.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the entire event? The error on the applicaiton, along with performing the steps mentioned above.
This would help us investigate better.
The reason to ask for the screen recording is, with the update for iOS 17.0.3, Apple addressed the camera usage issue.

It has not been fixed for me, despite the latest iOS version. When I try to upload the screen recording, it exceeds your maximum limit of 47 MB despite it being a less than 3 minutes clip.

Souvik,
It started working for me to, at least for business cards. Though I did not put it back to 'default' and let it remain in 'Larger text' mode under 'display zoom' .
Thanks for the help.

Hi @Anoop311498888bb4 The issue is related to iOS where we were able to reproduce the same issues with other camera using apps too.
Apple rolled out certain patch fixes which should fix the issue.
You can switch the display back to default without any issues.

This worked thanks. Changed zoom setting, reverted back, forced closed the app and then tried again, success.
