I signed up for the yearly 19.99 membership but found it didn't have everything I needed. I upgraded to the monthly premium membership of 9.99. Both payments are showing on Apple Pay / PayPal. What can I do for the 19.99 payment to not go through since I upgraded to the premium plan?
