1. Please help me retrieve my deleted files from Adobe scan in Android devices by any means

Hope you are doing well. 

Per the description, you want to retrieve deleted files from Adobe Scan.

You might want to check https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the My Scans folder. If the files aren't available there, I am afraid, you will need to rescan the files to get hold of them.

Thank you for locating your files on Adobe Document Cloud. To access them on your device, simply log in to the Adobe Scan app using the same Adobe ID associated with your Document Cloud account. Once logged in, your files will automatically appear in the app.
