Today no files which i have scanned and saved in adobe scan is not showing in my phone. Plz tell me how to retrieve those scanned files.

Note: If you are not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving it to any other location, then the files will be removed permanently and there is not much that can be done to recover the files from Adobe's end.
Best Practices: We suggest you always save a copy of the file to some other location, or you can upload the files to Document Cloud.
If the files were saved within the application, they are uploaded by default to Document Cloud.

Hi Ria!
In my case (Adobe Pro) there is no Adobe Scan folder in my Desktop Adobe.com/cloud-documents, all my scanned documents I see on my mobile phone I do not find them on the Adobe Cloud. I use Adobe Scan and Creative Cloud Desktop with the same ID. Adobe Scan Default settings.
What am I missing?

Hope you are doing well.
The Creative Cloud library, Acrobat Cloud Storage, and different entities and files are not synced.
You might want to check https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and then check the My Scan folder.
