Scan pdfs not saving

I last used scan on 11 Jan 2018. PDFs were saved to my Document Cloud.
Today I used Scan - the original is saved to Photos; but the PDF appears to being saved but nothing saved as PDF - on phone or on Document Cloud.

Hi Chris,
Please make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch available.
Try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.
Then sign in again and check if that makes any difference.
Make sure that the Internet connection is not intermittent.
As you have mentioned that the PDF appears to be being saved, do you receive any message of the file being saved?
Generally, when you click on Save to PDF at top right corner after scanning the document, it redirects you to Recent tab and takes some time to upload the file to Document Cloud.
Please make sure that you close application once the file is uploaded successfully.
If you still experience the issue, please share the details asked below:
- Make and model of the device
- OS version
- Application version
- Steps you do to save the scan to PDF.

I have the same issue: IPhone 6s. IOS 12.1

Hi Odgerey,
Sorry for the delay in response.
We had released an update in May for the Adobe Scan which is available in the App store.
Please make sure that the application is updated.
If you still experience any issue with the Adobe Scan application, please update the thread.

I have tried many times, have iPhone 11, with version 13.0 & the message comes up unable to save. I have deleted the app & reinstalled but the app will not allow saving a pdf
