Scanned files not showing in Adobe Scan App on iPhone

Hi,  I am facing this issue recently. My files are uploaded in the adobe cloud but it isnt showing up in my Adobe Scan App on my iphone.  What can I do so it shows on the app ?

We apologize for the issue you are having trouble with. To resolve your concern, could you please share the below-mentioned information,

1- Are you logged in to the same account in your Adobe Scan application in which you have your documents uploaded?

2- Kindly let us know the application and OS version. The latest version of Adobe Scan is 22.01.25.

Try to update the application to the latest version and restart the phone afterward. Log in using the same Adobe email ID and view the scans. Let us know if you are still having trouble with the same.

Firstly thank-you for the reply. I am logged in to the same account and I have updated it to the latest version available. But unfortunately that hasn't solved my problem yet... all my documents are present in the document cloud but they aren't visible in my Adobe Scan App home page.
