Sorting of scanned

  • My scanned documents are showing as yesterday scanned even the dates are old , I cannot find the exact yesterday scanned documents by sorting modified newest first, instead l had to search for the document with file name only.

Hi thanks for the reply , I am using Adobe scan for about one year , a never faced such problems, , this happed when I was trying to send the scanned copy to WhatsApp  . The document was not attaching to what's app from Adobe scan. Instead ifor each click for attached the the previously saved document comes forverd at the top as newly scanned  and the current document goes back. And IIT is sorted in unknown way in the list . 

Now I cannot attach the scanned documents . I had to open the document in acrobat reader and from there I am WhatsApp the copy. I tried to reinstall the scanner  however the scanned documents are there it's not missed it's not sorting property that's it , some errors may be .

Thanks for the details. As we have tried to reproduce the behavior at our end, it is working fine. We request you to please share a video or screen recording that shows the issue clearly, along with the following info.

1. Acrobat and Whatsapp Application version?

2. OS name and version?

Sure l will record and send to you , when I checked now it's working fine , probably it's happening when it's trying to sync the document to online , to he same time if you do something , the send a copy tab freeze. Let you know
