Hi @Michael3660164695b1,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

You can log in to https://adobe.ly/3z7oem0 and go to the Adobe Scan folder to select all the files. Once selected, you should see an option to download them on the right-hand panel.

Click on it and the download shall start in a while.

P.S.: Uncheck any file that has been shared to / by you to avoid any issues while downloading.

Hope this helps.

Hi @KRISHNA KUMAR5C73

Hope you are doing well.

You can download scanned pdf by opening this URL on the computer: https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent . Click Document Cloud > select Adobe Scan folder > select the file you want to download > and click Download in the right-hand corner.

You may refer to this help doc for more info: Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud

Let us know if you have further questions.

I see this works for one file at a time.  I have many multiple files to move.  Is there a bulk action or do I need to move one at a time?

The question is how to BULK download multiple files at the same time, not do 100s of downloads one by one. There is NO download option if you select multiple files. How do you download multiple file selections at the same time? Thanks!

You can't select and download them all. You can only download them one at a time. We are paying customers and DEMAND that you fix this issue!

It looks like you need to remove the shared scans. What I did:

Scan folder, Created another folder, called Shared.

Then I selected the shared PFS and moved them into Shared folder.

Then Selected all, unslected Shared folder, then, download appeared in the top right hand site under the number of selected files.
