Very Slow App

Hi,

 

I'm using Adobe Scan for a while. Wonderful app.

But it's getting very slow now. 
If I want to scan something it takes 20 seconds to capture the photo. And then when I want to rename it, the keyboard freezes, and I have to wait for 30 seconds to unfreeze it.

 

I'm on a iPhone 8Plus with iOS 15.4.1

 

Does anyone have the same issues ?

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you please let us know if the application is up to date on the App Store.

 

Also, please try the below steps once:

1. Remove the app from the App Switcher;

2. Then try to open it again.

Could you remove other applications open in the background if multiple applications are available, like web browsers that might slow down your phone altogether?

 

Please check and remove a few from the app switcher and check if it works better.
