Hi Miguel,

Would you mind sharing more details about the query? Are you referring to know the location where the PDF files are saved on your mobile device?

Or, when you convert any document format into PDF and want to know the location of the saved file?

If yes, you may refer to the following Adobe articles:

For iOS: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managefilesfolders.html

For Android: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/managefilesfolders.html

If you are referring to the files saved in Adobe Scan app, you may check the files over here https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Open the link and sign in with your Adobe ID and the password. Then go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder. All the saved files with be listed there. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/mobile-apps/help/adobe-scan-faq.html

If you have a different query, please share more details, We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

I created a pdf on my laptop. I want to put it on my phone. I have the Adobe app. I can't see how to do this simple thing. I know there is some sort of cloud service, but I have never used those. I just want to send the thing down the wire into my phone. Old school. Please advise. I searched and searched and can't find this, and my Google-fu is not weak.

Hi @Marsh282896184ef9,

Adding to what Bernd said, you may access the link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/

Once there, you can upload the file you created and then the file syncs automatically to your device.

Hi Miguel,

In addition to the answer provided by AnandSri.

By actual document, if you are referring to the original image captured by the phone camera when you scan the document, it depends on the option "Save original images to Gallery".

- If the option is enabled, the image get saved in the phone gallery.

- If the option is not enabled, the image will not be saved.

The option "Save original images to Gallery" is available in the application preferences.

If you are talking about the PDF that is created after clicking on Save as PDF option, by default, the PDF get saved in the Adobe Scan folder in the Document Cloud. You can check those PDFs online on Document Cloud here https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
