- Hello adobe team i lost all my documents from adope scan app and when i was looking for it , i found all my scan documents is transfer in adobe acrobat so in case if i want to modify my scan as we do in adope scan app how I can do it as well as how to restore all document again in adobe scan app again

I hope you're great.
As per my understanding, you lost the files from the application and need help restoring the documents. Please check if you're logging in from the correct profile.
However, Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDFs in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here: -
- Open the link Adobe Document Cloud.
Note: If you're not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving them to any other location, the files will be deleted permanently.
It isn't possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.

Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
We would like to have some more information to dig into the issue:
- Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
- Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web?
- Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
- When did the issue start, any details about any actions taken then?
- Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.
Please share the above answers so we can speed up the investigation process.

My app just did the same thing. i just scanned something, was looking at something else and suddenly every single recent scan was gone, but was only available on the cloud through adobe pdf reader. What happened?/
