Hi Matt,

We have identified one issue that Adobe Scan Android fails to start camera preview on Samsung Galaxy S20 after updating system software OneUI 2.1 to 2.5.

The problem is caused by mismatch between camera preview size stored in Adobe Scan Android application data storage and the actual camera preview size the updated system software provides. The optimal camera preview size Adobe Scan Android determines on OneUI 2.1 is no longer available on OneUI 2.5 and the device refuses starting camera preview at the size no longer available.

We are actively working on the fix but for the quick workaround, clearing Adobe Scan Android application data storage should fix this issue. It can be done by either System Settings or uninstall and reinstall Adobe Scan Android.

Regards,

Satoshi

Same here - I can use a photo that I took with another camera app, but no in-app photo taking...
