I am trying to add indivdual fields to a document to send out in bulk so that each receipent will receive a personalised document. I have looked at the video tutorial and have saved a csv with the headings in the correct format. I have added the form fields and called them the same name as in the csv file as per the instructions. However when I send the document the fields just show as blank text boxes that the signer can fill in rather than pre populated fields. Any assistance greatfully received. Shirley
Greetings!
Unfortunately, this type of error isn't easily addressed in a forums format, as the issue likely resides in one of the two documents.
Please contact the Support team and provide the original uploaded document(s) and the CSV with the fields.
They will then be able to evaluate the documents, attempt to replicate the issue and find a solution.

Thank you for the response. I did see my issue was that I was choosing input value instead of the signer info fields. However, I need more than the 5 signer info fields to be inputted I will create a ticket for this.
Thanks,
April

Hi April,
Did you end up creating a support ticket or solving on your own?

I solved the provided merge tags on my own and have requested an expert session for learning about additional tags.

Would you be willing to help me with this? Basically we are trying to use the send in bulk but assign a specific number to each signer that auto populates on a specific field on thier individual form. We have that number as a field on the csv but it will not populate on the form when we upload. We even did as use suggested and used one of the 5 signer info fields that was not in use (title) Do you have any other suggestions?

So my error was that the column title did not match the field title in the csv. For example: in your case, your column title on the csv could be _es_signer_autonumber; then you edit your field title in adobe sign to match the column title exactly, mark it as read-only so it cannot be changed. This should work. Let me know if that helps.

Hi,
I am facing the same issue and I have tried the format where the column title on csv was _es_signer_autonumber and the field title was mapped as autonumber.
But still Adobe has taken the blank value for this.

Hi Brearn,
Were you ever able to solve this? In other programs I use <<tags>> in my template and then have the csv file headers match and the custom data falls after. However, I am having trouble figuring this out.
Thank you!
