Adobe Echosign, Adobe Acrobat v10 and LiveCycle ES/2?

My company is standardized on Adobe Acrobat and Reader version 10.  I currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro v10.1.13 and Adobe LiveCycle ES/2.  I would like to add signature fields to the bottom of the forms made with these two products.  Is this possible, or do I need to or should I for any other reason, upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro v11 and LiveCycle ES/4?

Thank you for your help.

-David.

Hi dsh135,

Yes, you can add a signature field using Acrobat X, but please note that latest version is Acrobat XI (11.0.10) which has better and more flexible features than version X.

In Acrobat X, go to 'Tools> Forms> Edit' and select Digital Signature field and place it to the desired place on the form.

Then, you can open signature field properties and make settings as you desire.

Hope this information helps.

Let me know if you have further queries.

I'm puzzled by the roles between Acrobat and LiveCycle Designer and their incompatibility. BTW, Acrobat standard which our company bought is a useless piece of junk. Adobe should consolidate the two products and make its features fully supported by EchoSign.
