Hi,

I am wondering if/what the monthly limits are for each Adobe sign plan in regards to how many documents can be sent out each month. Please advise.

Thank you,

Ashley

Hi ashleyec1018

Please be informed with Adobe Sign individual account you get 300 transactions in a year i.e 25 transactions per month.

However there is no hard-capping, but if you continuously exceed the transaction limit you will be asked to upgrade.

For Adobe Sign Business & Enterprise account transaction limit is decided while subscribing the services as per your requirement.

HI,

what does "there is no hard capping" mean?  does that mean if i exceed my 300 limit, then i will be allowed to continue but asked to upgrade?
