Can't download signed AdobeSign documents/PDFs

New Here ,
Dec 05, 2019 Dec 05, 2019

Since the new AdobeSign interface came online, I can't download PDFs that have been sent for signature and have been returned. I get a message saying the PDF can't be downloaded. I checked security settings and can't find anything that would prevent my downloading. This was not a problem before the new interface. Help!

Hi HG22434722v097,

Thank you for reaching out.

- Open the link and sign in using Adobe credentials.

- Go to the Documents tab.

- Under the Agreements on the right-hand pane, click on the Completed

Can you please specify what steps are you using to download such PDFs ?

Is it via web browser from a document cloud storage service?

Is the Adobe Sign tool updated to its latest version?

In which computer device is this occuring (mobile device with Android, desktop PC with MS Windows, Apple device with macOS, iPhone with iOS, iPad with iOS)?
