Cancel my Adobe Sign account

Hi, please cancel my Adobe Sign account.  I signed on using the trial membership but have been unable to figure out how to cancel.  The forum responses say I need to sign in with my Adobe ID, but I didn't have an Adobe ID when I created the trial membership, it just asked for an e-mail address.  So now I created an Adobe ID with the same e-mail used in the Adobe Sign account but I'm unable to view the Adobe Sign account in "Plans" area of the Adobe ID account.

Please just cancel my Adobe Sign account!!

Please be informed you hold a free Adobe Sign trial account, it won't be listed under the Adobe ID.

Your Adobe Sign trial account will automatically expire on 2017-02-24, you won't be charged for it. In feature if you wish to purchase the subscription please follow the below link, Sign In using your Adobe ID to purchase it:
