Question

Cannot see Adobe sign Library documents in Salesforce

Hello,

I am setting up an Agreement Template in Salesforce and I am attempting to add a file from the Echo Sign library, however there are no documents showing available to add. However  I have 7 templates in the Echo Sign library.
This is the first time I am attempting to integrate Salesforce and Echo Sign, and I am thinking it might be a connection issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

thank you

Monica

Greetings!

To expose the Adobe Sign library templates in your Salesforce installation, make sure to enable Show Adobe Sign Library Attachments in the Adobe Sign Custom Settings section.

If the account is correctly configured and linked to Adobe Sign, that is the only setting you need to change in Salesforce to expose the option for accessing the Adobe Sign library templates.
