Datacenter Migration Checklist - Is this real?

Our office received a message from Adobe asking about data center migration which will occur on 8 April 2017 and wanted us to enter three questions in the Adobe Sign. Message as shown on the form:

"Please review the following checklist and confirm that you have taken the required action to ensure your Adobe Sign account will continue towork after our data center migration on April 8, 2017...."

We are not sure if it is fake because we never solicited Adobe for this type of service. We could not find a number to call someone to verify. Has anyone received the similar message?

Yes it is an official communications from Adobe.  We are using this to ensure our customers using the salesforce integration with Adobe Sign have made the proper configuration setting changes ahead of our maintenance window.
