How do I put more than one signature box on an Echosign form. My form needs to be signed by an Individual or Joint (two signatures) or Company

Hello RMVC,

If you are sending the document to multiple signers, then once the document is uploaded on Send tab, check "Preview Position Signatures or add form fields" and hit Next. In Preview page, drag and drop the signature field and double click to set the role as per signer. Perform the same for other fields as well.

No that's not what I want. I've created a Widget for the form. The recipient has three choices when signing the form i.e as Individual (one signature) or Joint (two signatures) or Company (ove or two signatures). I can only arrange one signature field on the form. I want to create several signature fields so that the signer can choose which box to sign
