How Do Embedded Documents Work?
Hey Everyone!!
I am very new to this and a little out of my element, so please bear with me. In a nut shell, and without diving too far into the weeds - we have there documents that are generated by our platform then uploaded to out Client Portal to be downloaded by our clients, signed, and returned. We are hoping to utilize E-Signatures for this, and in reading through what AdobeSign offers, I think specifically what I may be look for is for it to be embedded in our documents? I think?
My key element here is that I need this to be as simple as possible for the client. I don't want them to have to sign up for an account with Adobe or have to download an app to sign the document or anything like that. It has to be completely seamless for them. I would envision the process flow working something like this:
1. Client clicks the document link in the Clet Portal
2. Portal triggers the platform to generate the PDF
3. PDF is uploaded from the platform to the portal
4. PDF displays on the clients screen, with the E-Signature embedded right into the document
5. Client reads the document, applies the E-Signature, and clicks a button to save
6. Signed and Saved document is hosted in the Portal and sent back to the Platform
Hopefully that provides enough detail, but let me know if you have any questions.
Can AdobeSign provide this sort of functionality?
Thanks,
Nathan
