HOW DO I SEND A FAX?

THE OLD SYSTEM OF SENDING FAXES NO LONGER WORKS!  AND AS FAR AS I CAN TELL FROM SEND PAGE IN ADOBE SIGN THERE IS NO WAY TO SEND FAXES. I CHECKED ON THE MANAGE SCREEN AND THE FAXES I TRIED TO SEND ALL FAILED AS BEING DECLINED.

I apologize for the way I asked you the question, what I need is to send documents to a fax number and if so, how do I do it?
