how do you set EchoSign, when you have to send to multiple recipients with the same e-mail (eg husband & wife)
thanks
Hello Salmax61,
You just need to enter the same email address twice in To field while sending the document. When the signer signs first time, then a new email is sent again to the same email address to provide second signature.

This answer is wrong and does not work.
Docusign will allow you to do this but not Adobe esign. Adobe acrobat DC is useless for this feature.

Just a heads up that this only works if you are using Adobe Sign through a web browser. It does NOT work if you are using the Adobe Sign App or if you have to replace your signers' email address after the file has been sent.

Adobe could be better with eSignature. Its subscription is too expensive. Not worth it at all. I have been trying to get signatures from my husband and wife, who share the same email address. Even though you write their name in the advanced options, but don't show up their names when you assign them to the signature field. It shows some colors like yellow, pink, etc, but you don't know which color belongs to whom (so primitive feature). Maybe they may come up with a solution in the future, but if they do, the sales team will sell it as a "premium" feature!
