Question

I've been trying to send, via the fax option, a document through eSign, but the software keeps taking me through loops with signing in even when it shows I'm signed in. What do I need to do? Is there a glitch in the software?

Hello Pira99,

Just to confirm, are you opening the PDF and then selecting "Send via Fax" in Adobe Reader ( let me know the version) or logging into E-Sign account and then sending it out?

Hi Rijul,

The PDF is open, and under the Sign section I click the button to send the document. From there a browser opens asking for my email, an email or fax number for the recipient, title of the document, and a message. I fill in all sections, then I'm asked to sign in.

I sign in, but the continuous loop happens requiring me to sign in although I'm shown as signed in.

Then I try going to the EchoSign page to send the document from there, but there is no fax option for sending... only email.

I spoke with someone via phone yesterday and I was told he escalated my issue to another department. I was supposed to receive a call back, but no one contacted me... at least by phone when I was in front of my computer.
