Merge Mapping Line Item Salesforce Records into a document for Signature

I am trying to merge map line items (example Contacts associated to an Account) into a AdobeSign document sent from an Account in Salesforce. I understand this can be done with Opportunity products, but curious if anyone had successfully accomplished this for other items, like contacts that are related to an account.

Hello, I need to do something very similar. Just printing on the document a list of records related to the main record I am sending for signature. Is there a way to print a list of related records in the document? Not strange at all this requirement. Have you found a workaround? I want to avoid creating fields insted of using a related object in Salesforce.

Hi Meenakshi/Kerstink, I have followed the same steps as referred to in this adobe document(Merge mapping and templates) for opportunity products. But my form field remains blank. Is there any additional step that needs to be done or any other form field to be used?

Hey I'm having the same issues right now. They always come blank, were you able to solve it. I have attached the file I'm using for testing, the first two fields are ok, but the fields coming from Product Line items are always blank.  ? @kerstink51818771 @ruchikaputtoo@gmail.com @Meenakshi Negi
