Size of text varies depending on length of answer. How to standardise?

I am using Adobe Sign to make fillable forms for employee references. Depending on the person completing the form, the answers might be one word or fifty words long.

How do I make sure that the size of the text is the same regardless of the number of words entered?

Thanks

Hi iano46358492

While adding form fields on the document please double click on the Text fields & set Validation to "String" & Maximum Length as per your requirement.
