Where are my EchoSign documents

I have several signed files in my Adobe EchoSign account.  A couple days ago, I was instructed to update my billing for the Adobe Document Cloud account.  Now I only see the .pdfs I sent out for signature from the past few days.   Where are the files I had signed and awaiting signatures from the past year?

This happened to me as well.  Did anyone get their docuements back successfully?  Gee, thanks Adobe.

I have the same Problem... All of my files got deleted. I have a number of EchoSign documents that have disappeared. The support chat tells me there is nothing I can do. Which seems ridiculous.
