substance viewer freeze

Bonjour, non photoshop ne se ferme pas. Concernant le dernier modele essayé il a ete pris sur adobe stock en format OBJ. Malgré la mise à jour de substance viewer l'application freeze et se ferme.

Hi @olivierccn, when Substance 3D Viewer exits out did the Photoshop desktop application also exit out? What kind of 3D file was it? (FBX, USD, etc). Was the 3D model a model you found online or did you make it in 3D application like Blender or Maya? 

Bonjour, maintenant quand je mets un objet 3D dans photoshop application de bureau, substance 3D viewer s'ouvre et se ferme tout de suite. J'ai réinstallé les application mais le probleme persiste. Merci.

Is this on the destop app or is this the Photoshop plugin? If you can provide more information and a picture or video this will be helpful so I can further assist you.
