add a favorite toolbar to fast click and select a plugin

Hi! I'm a plugin lover. They help me a lot but there are some cases that I'll use them more than in others cases. There always some plugins which I use more than others and I would like a way to fast pick a plugin, than navigate for the all plugins i have installed to found it.
